Complete the project on Time as you Promised to do while bidding.



Keep in mind to in touch with the buyer and give him/her updates on the progress of the jobs provided.



If the project is long-term and fixed priced, then ask the buyer for part-payments via escrow.



It'll be a good idea to exceed the buyer’s expectations. It is nice to used to work with learning buyers' way so that the buyer would be extremely happy at the end of the day.



There is possibilities of the buyer may add some more requirements which were not mentioned during the beginning. In those cases negotiate with the buyer for extra payment and wellcome the oppurtunity.
