they are charging and what is their profit margin, either they are using
auction or bin option. What kind of information they are providing to
their clients, what is their starting price. What kind of photos they
are using, are they charging shipping fees or adding in the product
price. What areas they are covering. Such information will helps you a
lot in competing with your competitors.</div>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">
Buy an affordable and professional template:</h2>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you have a professional look for your
business people will buy from you, you can get a cheap template for the
business. Most of the inexpensive templates range from $3 onward. The
template seller will guide you about the use of the template so, you
will better able to add your products.</div>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">

getting success to your ebay business. In online business you are
dealing virtually with the customers from all over the world. So, when
you are dealing with them you just have an option to show them the photo
of the product so, always take a clear and good photo so, they will
better view and see the object and can make a purchase. Always choose a
black background so, everyone can have a clear view of it.</div>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">
Research all items:</h2>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
One of the best ways to decide the mode
of selling for your product is to go to the top of the page and write
the name enter a search, so, at the bottom of the page you will get the
list of similar products. It will be helpful for you to tell about your

only in fact, you can offer services online as well. Following are few
steps that help in starting a successful e-commerce business.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Step 1:</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The very first step is to know what you
have to sell on your site. Every business has the things that are highly
in demand at present whether the demand is large or small instead,
business should be able to determine it. The demand can be either on the
product or the service. Though, the entrepreneur has to face challenges
while fulfilling that demands of the target audience, but the end
result will always be profitable.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Moreover, studying about the current
market situation and the fierce competition is the need of the online
business as well. You have to find the quality plus the price of the
same products in the market offered by your competitors to design
effective strategies that keep you ahead of the mob.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Step 2:</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is highly essential to lessen the cost
of operating and running an e-commerce site. So, your next step should
be selection of a hosting company. For example Big Cartel is an ideal
choice they offer free hosting services and also offers an inventory
option at a cost of about $9 per month.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Step 3:</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is one of the most critical steps of
building an e-commerce website. This step involves credit card
information of the people.The security team of the web developer and
designer plays an important role in this step. They make all the
necessary measurements for your buyers mainly when they are fully
experienced with SSL and similar other quality and necessary security
measures.</div>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">
Step 4:</h3>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Making your e-commerce live is not the
last step. However, the important step among all is creating awareness
among the target audience. Moreover, attracting others people attention
is your main goal as well. SEO, social media and other promotional
tactics are useful in this concern.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The above 4 mentioned steps are (in my
opinion) useful to know while planning to start an e-commerce business,
which may earn you noticeable bucks online from the ease of your home.</div>

Now we are moving our focus on the ways described below to Earn Money Smartly from Home in some creative ways..How? here you are to follow...........<br />

<a href="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Make-More-Money-Online.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Make More Money Online" border="0" class="attachment-post-thumb wp-post-image" height="197" src="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Make-More-Money-Online.jpg" width="180" /></a>If you’d claimed it was possible for the average guy on the street to <em><strong>make millions of dollars online</strong></em> just a decade ago, the chances are good you’d have heard nothing but laughter in response. Today, though, there are countless <em><strong>Internet millionaires</strong></em>
who turned a great idea into obscene profit, used the power of the web
to promote their offline business or simply worked their butt off to
sell their skills online.<br />

While it’s unlikely that you’ll ever earn enough to <a href="http://addicted2success.com/news/11-super-rich-millionaires-who-own-a-private-island/" target="_blank" title="11 Super Rich Millionaires & Billionaires Who Own A Private Island">buy your own private island</a>, there’s nothing to stop you from using your skills to make a comfortable <strong><em>living online</em></strong>.
In fact, while the media would have you believe that online success
stories are limited to just a few lucky, hard working people who
stumbled on a great idea that went on to make millions, the reality is
that there are tens of thousands of people who make a living exclusively
online. Here are just ten ways you can join them.<br />
<br />
<h2>
How To Make Money Online</h2>
<br />
<h3>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">1. Sell Stock Photography</span></span></h3>
<a href="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Sell-Stock-Photos-Online.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Sell Stock Photos Online" border="0" class="alignleft wp-image-13770" height="130" src="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Sell-Stock-Photos-Online.jpg" title="Sell Stock Photos Online" width="240" /></a>The
Internet has caused an explosion in the demand for stock photography.
As the number of media and commercial outlets has increased dramatically
with the growth of online media there’s an enormous need for high
quality stock photos.<br />
<em><strong>Yuri Arcurs</strong></em> is the man everyone turns to
for their stock photo needs. As the world’s top selling stock
photographer he sells an image every 8 seconds, 24 hours a day (that
works out to over 4 million images each year). Arcurs makes millions of
dollars each year simply by being the best at what he does. There are
lots of great photographers in the world and the barrier to entry is as
low as ownership of a camera, but Arcurs has managed to build a
reputation online for consistent, high quality and imaginative images.<br />
If you’re a professional photographer (or even just a hobbyist) you
should consider the possibilities of selling stock images online.<br />
<br />
<h3>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">2. Tweet For Sponsors</span></span></h3>
<a href="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Sponsored-Tweets.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Sponsored Tweets" border="0" class="alignleft size-full wp-image-13983" height="140" src="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Sponsored-Tweets.jpg" title="Sponsored Tweets" width="240" /></a><a href="http://sponsoredtweets.com/" target="_blank" title="Sponsored Tweets Make Money Online">SponsoredTweets.com</a> is an online platform that allows you to <em><strong>make money on Twitter</strong></em> by
charging sponsors for communicating their advertising messages to your
followers. You set the amount you want to get paid for every tweet you
make, choose a category and select keywords you want to work with. You
then wait for advertisers to contact you and take you up on your offer,
paying you the amount you specified for each tweet that you make.<br />
All throughout the process, the tweeter has full control over his or
her account, and may choose the wordings of the tweets, or may choose to
reject the tweet altogether.<br />

<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">3. Blog for Ad Revenues</span></span></h3>
<a href="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Google-Adsense-Money-Online.jpeg" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Google Adsense Money Online" class="alignleft size-full wp-image-13772" height="155" src="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Google-Adsense-Money-Online.jpeg" title="Google Adsense Money Online" width="242" /></a>If,
however, you already have a blog with a devoted following it should be
easy for you to leverage your readers into hard cash. Ad networks such
as <em><strong>Google AdSense pay big money</strong></em> to place their
ads on your site, and you’ll receive a payment every time a reader
clicks one. While it’s easy to go overboard and fill every spare pixel,
if you place your ads well it’s possible to make a comfortable income
from your site.<br />
One of <em><strong>the most successful bloggers</strong></em> around today is <a href="http://addicted2success.com/success-advice/john-chow-i-make-40000-a-month-from-blogging/" target="_blank" title="John Chow Make Money Online"><em>John Chow</em>, a Canadian blogger</a> who makes more than $40,000 a month through ad sales and other revenue streams. Ironically, his blog is about <em><strong>ways to make money online</strong></em>.<br />
<br />
<h3>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">4. Sell Affiliate Products</span></span></h3>
<a href="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Affiliate-marketing-money-online.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Affiliate marketing money online" border="0" class="alignleft wp-image-13773" height="179" src="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Affiliate-marketing-money-online.jpeg" title="Affiliate marketing money online" width="237" /></a>If
you have a flair for sales copy you could try your hand at selling
products for affiliates. While many people take the seedy route of
selling diet pills and penis enlargement products, if you want to keep
your conscience clear you’ll find that Amazon runs a very successful
affiliate program that allows you to make money advertising any of the
products for sale on their site. eBay also have a pretty good affiliate
setup, with their top affiliates earning $1.3 Million a month, WOW!<br />

<h3>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">5. Write an e Book</span></span></h3>
<a href="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/make-money-sell-ebook-online.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="make money sell ebook online" border="0" class="alignleft size-full wp-image-13774" height="158" src="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/make-money-sell-ebook-online.jpeg" title="make money sell ebook online" width="240" /></a>In
recent years the self-publishing world has exploded online to the point
at which you don’t even have to run your own site in order to promote a
book. Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Kobo are just a few of the sites
on which you could self-publish today, with commission rates of around
70% available on every sale.<br />
The number of <em><strong>eBooks on Amazon</strong></em> reached 8
million last year, and Amazon stated that eBooks are outselling hard
backs 2 to 1, 62% of ebook sales fell into the Thriller and Mystery
genre, so if you feel that you could pull this style of genre off then
you will be in for a good chance of sales.<br />
26 year old self published author, <em><strong>Amanda Hocking</strong></em>
from Minnesota makes more than $2 Million a year from her ebook
sales. Amanda Hocking’s stories about, trolls, vampires and zombies and
‘supernatural teen romances’ sell for $2.99 or for as little as $.99.<br />

<h3>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">6. Become a Virtual Assistant</span></span></h3>
<a href="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Virtual-Assistant1.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="Virtual Assistant" border="0" class="alignleft size-full wp-image-13779" height="149" src="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/Virtual-Assistant1.jpeg" title="Virtual Assistant" width="240" /></a>Every
small businessman would love to hire a full time assistant to take care
of the little things, but many simply can’t afford one. Thanks to the
Internet, though, they can now hire part time assistants who work for a
whole host of clients, and all at a much lower cost than a full time
staff member.<br />
If you <em><strong>work from home</strong></em> this may be a perfect
opportunity to make a consistent income. Virtual assistants can earn
$20 an hour in return for booking travel tickets, interacting with
clients and dealing with the daily needs of small businesses.<br />
<br />
<h3>
<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="color: #ff6600;">7. Lease Your Skills</span></span></h3>
<a href="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/make-money-online-outsource1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="make money online outsource" border="0" class="alignleft size-full wp-image-13777" height="153" src="http://addicted2success.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/make-money-online-outsource1.jpg" title="make money online outsource" width="240" /></a>Most people have at least one skill that carries a market value, though until now that skill may have been impossible to <em><strong>monetize</strong></em> in the traditional job market.<br />
Sites such as 99Designs, Elance, Freelancer and iWriter allow people
to hire out their skills as writers, coders, designers, translators and
lots more on a contract basis. Freelancing sites are a great way to
boost your income in your free time, and with enough motivation and hard
work you could find yourself earning a comfortable full time income
from them.<br />

is a great way to turn your unwanted things into a little spending
money, but it isn’t just a place to sell your old Star Wars action
figures. In fact, eBay’s global marketplace can offer a great way for
canny traders to buy and sell their way to profit. By buying wholesale
you can sell anything with a mark up. Even better, if you have the
skills to make things people want to buy you could start your own
home-based craft business, selling to customers around the world.<br />

People that have the time and desire to <em><strong>test iPhone apps</strong></em> and discover bugs can be rewarded payments for their efforts. <em><strong><a href="http://www.utest.com/" target="_blank" title="Utest - Test iPhone Apps">uTest</a> </strong></em>is
one such application. Individuals that have signed up will also build
some reputation on the basis of the testing they have done so far.<br />
Better reputation signifies access to more profitable app testing opportunities.<br />

if you have something of an artistic streak you could kick off the next
viral sensation with your own range of funky, arty t-shirts. Sites such
as CafePress allow users to upload their own <em><strong>t-shirt designs and sell them</strong></em> on their personal online store.<br />
You can also contact distributors such as <a href="http://threadless.com/" target="_blank" title="Make Money Online With Threadless T Shirt Design">threadless.com</a> or <a href="http://designbyhumans.com/" target="_blank" title="Make Money with DesignByHumans T-Shirt Online">designbyhumans.com</a> to release your t-shirt designs to the masses. If your designs catch the eye you could be looking at enormous profits when they take off in a big way.<br />
<br />
You should understand that the online world is just like real life.
The same opportunities are there for the taking, but instead of drawing
your customers from just your home town you can reach out with your
great ideas to the far reaches of the earth.

Find out the easy way of experimenting Ad Unit Settings revealed recently by Adsense.If you go through the topics you will find the way of settings ad unit for experiments what settings will works best for you:<br />
<br />
If you’re a regular blog reader, you know that we regularly emphasize
the importance of testing changes to your ads to ensure they’re
performing as well as they could be. The most effective way to do so is
by running an A/B experiment to compare how one setting performs against
a slight variation of that setting. To make it even easier for you to
run A/B experiments, today we’re releasing a new <a href="https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2615236" target="_blank">AdSense experiments</a> feature for your ad unit settings.<br />
<br />
This new feature is available directly from your AdSense account and lets you quickly <a href="https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/3419350" target="_blank">create, run and analyze A/B experiments</a>
for specific ad units -- all without needing to make any changes to
your ad or page code. It works by comparing your original ad unit
settings to a variation you choose, and ultimately tells you which one
performs better. Here are just a few examples of the types of tests you
can run:<br />
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Compare the performance of text-only ads to ads that have both text and display enabled</li>
<li>Determine how ads with a visible border perform compared to those
that are ‘borderless’ (where the color of the border matches the
background of the page)</li>
<li>Analyze the effect of changing the color of ad text on ad performance </li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEifdHc1dsUbLdvoagt9C4wTaimw8lhLw4JytOmUXK9OhJweVuDyMDONAgNCPWL3sb0UqaGh22wNjQ4YjVCHqEnuNrYh31-1GQ4j5iH-p-qL4Y62XMpjb0qNaz4H0Scy7Y0PhT6U4kkJYE_8/s1600/A:B+experiments+for+ad+unit+settings.png" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" target="_blank"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEifdHc1dsUbLdvoagt9C4wTaimw8lhLw4JytOmUXK9OhJweVuDyMDONAgNCPWL3sb0UqaGh22wNjQ4YjVCHqEnuNrYh31-1GQ4j5iH-p-qL4Y62XMpjb0qNaz4H0Scy7Y0PhT6U4kkJYE_8/s640/A:B+experiments+for+ad+unit+settings.png" width="505" /></a></div>
<div>
</div>
Approximately 24 hours after you set up an experiment in your account,
you’ll see a confidence score for the two ad units settings. This score
indicates how likely the original or the variation is to be the better
performing setting in the long term. Confidence scores may change as the
experiment progresses, and we recommend waiting until one of the scores
reaches at least 95% before choosing that setting as the winner. Once
you chose the winning setting, the experiment ends and the setting is
automatically applied to the specific ad unit. Please note that while an
experiment is running, our system will automatically optimize the
traffic split between the two ad unit settings. The better one setting
performs, the more traffic it will receive, helping you maximize your
revenue potential even during the experiment.<br />
<div>
</div>

Give A/B experiments a try using this new feature to ensure you’re
getting the most out of your ad units. To learn more about AdSense
experiments, visit our <a href="https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2615236" target="_blank">Help Center</a>. We look forward to hearing what you think - feel free to share your thoughts and feedback on our <a href="https://plus.google.com/+AdSense" target="_blank">AdSense +page</a>.</div>

<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Due to the recent panic about unnatural link
warnings, links are being blamed more than ever when things go wrong.
They can definitely be the cause of your problems but it’s very wise to
learn how to see if they are and check out all the other potential

<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
This sounded so simple when I first read about it
but making it work really wasn’t nearly as easy as I expected. Verve
Search has a <a href="http://www.vervesearch.com/blog/seo/how-to-implement-the-relauthor-tag-a-step-by-step-guide/" title="rel author">great guide about how to implement it</a> as does <a href="http://searchengineland.com/the-definitive-guide-to-google-authorship-markup-123218">Rick DeJarnette</a> here on SEL. If you write a lot, you need to get this set up.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
It’s like a personal version of the big brand effect wherein you can
build up a trusted name and (hopefully) enjoy more visibility on the
Web. If one of your pieces shows up in the SERPs, you’ll get a More By X
Author link so that all the other articles for which you are a verified
author can be displayed.</span></span><br />

</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">48. Why Site wides & Footer Links Might Not Be A Good Idea</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Usually footer links are site wides but occasionally
you see them on their own. A site wide link is one that’s on every page
of a site. This used to be a way to get lots of links years ago, and
it’s still occasionally a valid way to build links. A blogroll tends to
be site wide and if it’s on a relevant blog and it makes sense, that is
perfectly legitimate in my opinion.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
However, when you scroll to the bottom of a page and there’s a
massive paragraph filled with links, those aren’t good site wides. Site wides form a pattern which the engines can easily detect and
devalue, so they aren’t anything that I’d usually pursue unless one made
sense. Generally speaking, links that aren’t in the actual content of a
page aren’t always the best ones.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">49. How To Determine Whether You Have A Lot Of Site wides</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
I bring this up mainly because many people I’ve
spoken to had no clue how to check to see if they had sitewide links. If
you run a link check it should be very obvious, as you’ll see a list of
pages all on the same domain.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Some people still like site wides but many link builders don’t
actively seek them out anymore, as many people suspect that they’ve been
discounted, and some suspect that they can actually hurt your site. I
think that some are very legitimate but don’t think that algorithms are
always sophisticated enough to be able to detect legitimacy.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">50. What Deep Linking Is</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Deep linking is the practice of building links to
internal pages and not just your homepage. If you only have links to
your homepage, that seems as if you have no other decent information on
the site. That’s not a good signal to send.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">51. What rel=canonical Is</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
You can read <a href="http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=139394" title="canonical">all the details</a> but basically, this is used to specify the preferred version of a page when there is similar content elsewhere.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">52. How To View Source Code</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
In Chrome, you can right click and click on View
Source and you can do the same in Firefox. Those are the two main
browsers that I use so if you don’t have that functionality, just dig
around until you can figure out how to see the code. You’d be surprised
at how many people have no idea how to look at the code.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
If you’re trying to figure out if a link is no followed, you need to
know how to see the code so you can check that by hand and not rely on
plugins. The same goes for viewing the code to see if robots are being
blocked (listed above at #4) and identifying reasons why your link may
not be working properly. From what I’ve seen, a very common link code
error is with not closing tags properly.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">53. How & When To Submit A Re inclusion Request</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
If you’ve been penalized and you’ve cleaned things
up, it’s time to submit a reconsideration request. If you have been
penalized and you haven’t cleaned things up, don’t bother submitting one
in hopes that Google won’t take a close look to double-check your
honesty.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
You can submit one <a href="https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/reconsideration?pli=1" title="reinclusion request">here</a>
but remember, if you haven’t actually cleaned up any mess, it’s not a
good idea to submit this. If you’ve been hurt by an algorithmic update
but not actually penalized or warned, you may just have to make some
changes and wait for the next update in order to get back into favor.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">I am feeling <span style="font-size: x-small;">better</span> that I have done it. Sorry for taking so long to complete it.It's a great relief to settle down after a job has been done. </span></span><br />
<br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">Here is the next part of the post that I have to post earlier.But it is better late than never.So, here you are with the details what I want to share with you...</span></span></div>
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">38. How To Find Mentions That Don’t Yet Link To You</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
One very easy way to do this, moving forward, is to
set up Google alerts for your name, site, URL, etc. If something pops up
and there’s no link, ask for one if you like.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Many people will mention you and link to your social media accounts,
especially Twitter, but if that happens and you’d rather have a direct
link to your site, thank the person who mentioned you and ask if you
could have a link to your site instead. This is a tricky one as some
people might find it rude to be asked to do something when they’re doing
you a favor by mentioning you, but still, it’s best to know how to use
this tactic judiciously.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><b>39. What A Bad Link Neighborhood Is</b></span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
We’ve dealt with a lot of clients who say that they
don’t want links on sites that link to certain niches. That notion
aside, the bad link neighborhood effect is what happens when you have
your great link on a site but it’s surrounded by other spammy ones,
usually just a bunch of links that aren’t related to each other and are
only there because they’re been purchased. These links can cause the
site itself to be valued less in Google’s eyes.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
A bad link neighborhood can also be a network that’s been devalued or
deindexed. Think of it as the same idea as if you wanted to open a
kid’s clothing store and you had to decide where to rent a business
space. You wouldn’t want to be next to a strip club most likely but if
you found a space in a section that had a McDonalds and a kids’
bookstore, you’d probably think that was ideal.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Google says to “avoid links to web spammers or “bad neighborhoods” on
the web, as your own ranking may be affected adversely by those links.”
This kind of thinking goes both ways as you can see. You don’t want to
link to bad neighborhoods and you don’t want links from them either.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">40. What <a href="http://searchengineland.com/why-you-should-care-about-link-spikes-21852" title="link spikes">Link Spikes</a> Are & Why They Can Be Worrisome</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
For one thing, they can indicate network links all
being activated at the same time. They can indicate a negative SEO
attack. They can also be 100% legitimate (think press releases, new
television ad, etc.) but still, you need to understand how to get more
information about them when they happen.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
This looks a bit odd, no? One quick tip: any time someone approaches
me and says “I think some of my past links are hurting me now” I
immediately go and do a <a href="http://www.majesticseo.com/" title="backlink history">backlink history check in Majestic</a>. The weird spikes in 2008 make me think that maybe something suspicious was going on (networks maybe?)</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
This could be natural, but after seeing it, I have a good idea of the questions I’ll need to ask this person.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><img alt="link spikes" class="size-large wp-image-129707 aligncenter" height="118" src="http://searchengineland.com/figz/wp-content/seloads/2012/08/linkspikes-600x178.jpg" width="400" /></span></span></div>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">41. How To Be Suspicious Of A Site Or A Link</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
If a site has content that does not at all seem to
match up with the URL (let’s say the URL is home mortgage.com and the
content is all about pet care) then something is definitely amiss here.
If you start to see a lot of new links coming in and you’ve done nothing
to get them, you need to go and check them out.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
With all that’s happened recently with Google, links, negative SEO, and link warnings, you can never be too careful.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">42. You Need To Actually Read The Content Of A Site</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
In other words, don’t just rely on its metrics when evaluating
it. Wow, this is a big one. I think that sometimes we all have blinders
on when we’re cranking out work, and we tend to be so focused on easy
ways to analyze a site quickly that we forget to slow down and actually
see if the content makes sense.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
I’ve seen links come in that look fantastic at first. The site seems
totally relevant to the niche, the link looks perfect, the social
signals are good and look like they’ll keep improving, but when I read
the article, it reads like it was written by a robot. That kind of site
might be ok for awhile but it’s probably not a good long-term potential
for traffic.</span></span><br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"> 43. What Markov Content Is</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Markov content is content that has been randomly
generated to pass as proper text until it’s closely inspected. At its
best, it just looks like someone might not be a native speaker of the
language in which it is written, but something about it will just be
“off” when you try to make sense of it.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Beware of this when you’re evaluating a site that you want a link from, just as mentioned above.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">I am dare to say that some points of <span style="font-size: x-small;">the topics</span> hasn't covered with this post. I don't want to bore my readers with long post that's the reason I decided to complete it with in the next post to follow. So, till then relaxed and be patient to grab it............</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif; font-size: x-small;">Here is the next part of what a link builder needs to know. Although a bit gap between the post but hoping that will make you benefited if you go through it.</span><b><span style="font-size: x-small;"><br /></span></b><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><b><span style="font-size: x-small;"> 31. How To Optimize Internal Links</span></b></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Recently there has been more talk of this since most
of the discussion of over optimization has been taking place regarding
links coming into your site from another site, not your own internal
links.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Since the goal of internal links is to help a user navigate a site,
you should understand that proper keywords in internal links should be
present if they make sense to a user. There’s an excellent article about
site structure and internal links <a href="http://searchengineland.com/everything-you-need-to-know-about-seo-web-structure-internal-links-110994" title="internal links">here</a>.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">32. Ways Of Identifying A No Followed Link</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Yes, there are plugins that can highlight them but
you know what? You can also just look at the code. If a link has a
rel=”nofollow” on it, it’s nofollowed.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">33. How To Do Keyword Research</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">There are a bazillion free and paid tools that do this but here are a few that I use regularly:</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span></span>
<br />
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><a href="https://adwords.google.com/o/KeywordTool" title="Adwords Keyword Tool">Google Adwords Keyword Tool</a></span></span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><a href="http://www.wordtracker.com/" title="Wordtracker">Wordtracker</a></span></span></li>
</ul>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">34. How To Write Well & Not Just Well Enough</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">While I am definitely a grammar/spelling freak, I
still truly believe that badly written content (whether it’s a blog
post, an email, a review, or whatever) makes you look like you don’t
truly care enough to take the time to do something well.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Some people have fantastic ideas and points to make but it’s hard to
wade through something that is badly written. Spellcheck exists for a
reason. I also realize that some people write just to get content out
there. Trust me when I say that it shows. However, if you’re not a
naturally gifted writer, practice, read some fantastic writers, and
you’ll get better. Just believe that it’s important.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">35. How To Find Your Influencers</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">I view this in two ways: finding those whom I can influence and
finding those who influence me. I’ve been doing this for a long, long
time but there are many people who’ve been doing it longer and who do it
better, and those are the ones I keep my eye on so I can keep learning.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;"><a href="http://crowdbooster.com/" title="Crowdbooster">Crowdbooster</a>
is really useful for this as they have an Influential Followers tab.
This lists then people who follow you on Twitter, along with their
number of followers. If you want to get the attention of someone who has
a massive reach, this is a good way to do it.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">However, remember that influence isn’t always directly correlated to
number of followers. Don’t ignore people who interact with you just
because they don’t have a billion followers. Many people are much, much
more influential than their Twitter metrics would suggest. I know
several people that I speak to regularly on Twitter, and none of them
have more than 1000 followers. I get more feedback from them than I do
from a lot of other people, and they’re the ones I’ll go to when I need
something because they’re the ones who’ve interacted with me.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">36. How To Tell If A Link Is Giving You Traffic</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">This is dead simple but I mention it because of a
recent conversation that I had with someone who was concerned about
removing potentially harmful links. I asked if they gave him traffic and
he said “how can I tell?” If you’re running Google Analytics it’s easy
to find your referrals under Traffic Sources.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">If you’re considering removing a link and you find that it sends you a
lot of traffic, see if it’s converting traffic. If not and you still
want to remove it, go right ahead and try. If a link sends you
converting traffic, I’d leave it alone.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">37. How To Find Dead Links To Your Site</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;"> If you have some great links coming in to dead
pages and you haven’t 301 redirected them, you’re losing some great link
juice most likely. It’s also a bad user experience. Check to see if you
have any 404 errors on your site. If so, put those pages into a link
check tool to find out who’s linking to them. The <a href="http://validator.w3.org/checklink" title="checklink">W3C Link Checker tool</a> is one that I use frequently to look at broken links, redirects, and other issues. It’s also free.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">If you find that you have links coming into pages that aren’t found,
put in a 301 or contact the webmaster of the sites linking to you and
point out where they could link to. Honestly, that’s my preferred option
because when you don’t go through a 301, you don’t lose link juice.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">However, if you were going to switch from url.com/thispage.html to
url.com/thatpage.com and you had 500 links pointing to it, a 301 is a
heck of a lot better use of your time than sending 500 emails and
checking to see whether the webmaster complied with your request.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span></span>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">So be involved <span style="font-size: x-small;">to reach your goal and wait till come back again with last part of this topic.Till then good ByE and all the very best.</span></span></span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"> </span></span> </span></span><br />

<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"> 24. How To Guest Post</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">You need to know how to find sites that accept guest
post, you need to know how to write one, and you need to know how to
promote the ones you write. <a href="http://myblogguest.com/" title="My Blog Guest">My Blog Guest</a> is a guest posting system where people looking for guest posts or looking TO guest post can connect.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">You can also just simply add “guest post” or something similar to
your keyword search when you’re doing discovery. Most guest posters are
allowed a link in either the content or the bio, which is where the link
benefit lies. Considering how spammed up this practice is becoming,
make sure you’re savvy about how to actually find good placements and <a href="http://searchengineland.com/will-pitching-guest-posts-be-the-death-of-marketers-117705" title="make the right pitch">make the right pitch</a>.</span></span><br />

<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">25. How To Analyze A Site In 5 minutes</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">While you need to understand what all the metrics mean, you need to
be able to judge a site just by looking at it. There is an overwhelming
amount of information that you can get for a site from various tools and
plugins, and this information can be extremely useful for various
purposes.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">However, let’s say all your tools and plugins aren’t working for some
reason. You need to be able to manually check the important metrics and
see if a site is a good fit for a link to you. Is the site indexed in
Google? Is the content written by humans? Would you trust this site?</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">

<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">26. How To Find Contact Information If It’s Not Listed</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">You can try a <a href="http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp" title="Whois">Whois search</a>, looking for the webmaster on Twitter, or use <a href="http://rapportive.com/" title="Rapportive">Rapportive</a>.
I’ve even found email addresses in the source code. Sometimes bloggers
don’t list their email addresses on their site but they may provide
contact information elsewhere, such as on sites where they’ve guest
posted.</span></span><br />

<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">27. How To Check For Social Signals</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">On older posts and sites (way back before Twitter!)
you aren’t going to find lots of social signals in terms of tweets,
likes, and shares but you should still see comments.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">On new content, you may see more tweets, shares, and likes than you
do comments, as lots of people discuss blog posts on platforms other
than the actual blog posts themselves a lot of the time. Bottom line:
new content should look like it’s being seen and enjoyed by people.
Danny Sullivan wrote a great piece about <a href="http://marketingland.com/when-everyone-gets-the-vote-social-shares-as-the-new-link-building-5497" title="social shares as the new link building">social shares as the new link building</a>. Definitely worth a read.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">What Google shows you on the toolbar is not
frequently updated information. If you’re judging a site based on what

<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">29. What Link Juice Is</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Link juice is basically link popularity passed from
one page to another. Nofollow is intended to stop its flow. It’s a much
more intricate concept than the example I’m about to give but in a
nutshell, it works something like this (note this is not an exact/ real
formulal, but used for illustration):</span></span><br />

</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Page A has 10 link juice points to give. There are 5 links to other
sites on this page, so each of those pages receives 2 points of link
juice.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Page B has 10 link juice points to give. There are 10 links to other
sites on the page, with 5 of them being nofollowed. The 5 links that
aren’t nofollowed should still send 2 points of link juice. The pages
linked to from the nofollowed links shouldn’t get any link juice.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">30. What Page Rank Sculpting Is</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Using the idea mentioned about link juice that I
discussed above, page rank sculpting is the practice of trying to funnel
link juice into certain pages in order to make them perform better and
restrict it from others in order to prevent them from getting any
benefit from your links.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">A warm welcome to all the followers of this blog in the fresh NEW YEAR. Here is the second part of th<span style="font-size: x-small;">e previous post. I breakdown the whole article into five parts to relieve the sluggish feelings of my readers. I feel reading a long post is boring, A short post is much entertaining to me. So, here you are:</span></span></span></span></span></div>

<span style="font-size: x-small;"> 13. How To Use <a href="http://www.google.com/alerts" title="Google alerts">Google Alerts</a></span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">I don’t really see why people wouldn’t take advantage of this truly
amazing (and free) tool. You can set up alerts for your brand, your
name, your URL, your competitors, your important keywords…anything you
can think of.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">You can choose how often to get alerts, what types of results to
monitor, and whether you want all results or just what Google determines
to be the best results. The email from your alert makes it very easy to
click through to the result, so if you’re trying to keep informed when
something that you’re interested in is indexed, this is a fantastic,
easy, and free way to do it.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">14. How To Use Some Form Of Web Analytics</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">I use Google Analytics on some sites, but there are
other good packages out there. Don’t simply rely on rank checks alone to
indicate how well the site is performing.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">While I wouldn’t say that everyone needs to use
Google Analytics, if you get even a small percentage of your traffic
from Google, you need to use Webmaster Tools. It’s my first stop when
something’s wrong. They alert you to problems with your site, allow you
to run crawl checks, see your new links, look at your queries, and do
about a ton of other things.</span></span><br />

<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">16. What Makes A Link A Bad/Spammy Link</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">Considering the amount of times I’ve pointed out
what I think are bad links to people, I don’t think that this is
anything we all agree on. However, if a link exists on a page for no
easily detectable reason other than that it was purchased or slapped on
there through a network, it’s probably a bad link.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">There are many awkward link placements that are totally legitimate of
course, but if you see a link that doesn’t seem to belong, it’s most
likely not a good link. In terms of a spammy link, those are links on
sites that are just utter crap. A link for a shoe company that’s on a
blogroll comprised of 99 links to everything from payday loans to the
best hotel in Baltimore is a spammy link.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">There are a lot of different validators but a great resource is always <a href="http://validator.w3.org/" title="w3">http://validator.w3.org/</a>.
Bad code can potentially render properly (enough) in a browser but that
doesn’t mean that things will work as they should. If you don’t know
how to code and you can’t just identify bad code by looking at it, make
friends with a validator.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">I always head to <a href="http://www.rexswain.com/httpview.html" title="Http header check">Rex Swain’s HTTP header check</a>
for this one If you’re building links to a site that runs on both a
non-www and a www version with no 301 from one to the other, you’re
splitting your link juice. If you’ve asked the tech guys to put in a 301
for a page that’s no longer where it once was, you need to be able to
double-check to make sure it was done properly.</span></span><br />

<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">19. How To Remove A Page That Has Lots Of Inbound Links</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">People have different opinions about this but I’d
either 301 redirect the old page to the most relevant current page or to
the home page. I wouldn’t remove it completely without handling it with
a 301, as a 404 error just wastes that link juice.</span></span><br />

<h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">20. Recent Link Smack Downs</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">If you’re building links and you’re unaware of the
fact that big brands can get penalized, you need to be paying more
attention. Remember JC Penney’s troubles? If not, go look it up. The
same goes for the recent deindexing of a few major blog networks. You
need to keep yourself informed about all the guys who get into trouble

<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">There’s Bing and Yahoo of course, but there are also some really cool meta search engines that are well worth exploring. <a href="http://www.dogpile.com/" title="Dogpile">Dogpile</a> is one of my favorites, as is <a href="http://millionshort.com/" title="Miilionshort">MillionShort</a>. Don’t limit your discovery to one engine. You can find some jewels if you look somewhere else, and that includes directories.</span></span><br />

</span><span style="font-size: x-small;"> This is one of my favorite things to do…just sit

of the blue in the car, “taco death pool.”</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span><span style="font-size: x-small;">That’s what I mean by crazy discovery. I can safely say that I’ve
never seen most of the sites that show up for that search in Google. If a
search brings you something you’ve never seen before, that’s a good
thing.</span></span><br />

the old-school route of doing a search in Twitter of course. This is a
particularly good way to keep your eye on bloggers who might write about
content that pertains to your own site so that maybe you can snag a
nice guest post slot.</span></span><br />

<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: x-small;"><b><span style="font-weight: normal;">Like it or not, link building has been and still is big, big business. Doing it well takes a lot of time and resources, which means that many webmasters/site owners can’t or don’t want to do it themselves. Many agencies that handle other aspects of search engine marketing want to outsource it simply because of the massive resource drain.</span></b></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
That’s great news for people like me who specialize in link building
but the intense supply and demand nature of links coupled with the ease
of promoting yourself through social media have led to a frightening
increase in people who build bad links and really have no idea what
they’re doing.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
As link building is considered an offpage tactic, to actually sell
yourself as a link builder, you don’t have to do very much. People are
desperate for help.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
However, it’s better to build no links than it is to embark upon a
link building campaign that is full of nothing but spam that you will
pay for twice: once when you put it up there, once when you have to
remove it. If you’re shopping for link builders, make sure that the one
you go with knows most of the following.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;">
</span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">1. Why Links Matter</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
There’s no way to describe that quickly here but if you don’t know
why links are important, you shouldn’t be building them alone. Links are
how users and search engine spiders move around the internet and they
give clues to what the linked-to content is about.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">2. HTML Code For Text & Image Links</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
For a good reference you can visit <a href="http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_links.asp" title="http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_links.asp">http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_links.asp</a> but generally, it’s pretty darned easy stuff:</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><img alt="link code" class="size-full wp-image-129627 aligncenter" height="66" src="http://searchengineland.com/figz/wp-content/seloads/2012/08/linkcode.jpg" width="382" /></span></span></div>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">3. How To Read A Robots.txt File</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
These can be tricky and you’ll see a lot of robots
files that are coded incorrectly, so if you’re unsure of how to read
one, there are a few good validators that are online. (I usually
gravitate towards <a href="http://tool.motoricerca.info/robots-checker.phtml/" title="http://tool.motoricerca.info/robots-checker.phtml/">http://tool.motoricerca.info/robots-checker.phtml</a>.)</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Robots files are always named robots.txt and are always found at the
root, which means you can always access them at yoursite.com/robots.txt.
If one doesn’t exist, well, you just won’t see one. That’s not a
problem, but if one is there, make sure it’s valid.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Here’s the code you want to really watch out for:</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<div style="padding-left: 30px;">
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><b>User-agent: *</b></span></span></div>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<div style="padding-left: 30px;">
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Disallow: /</span></span></div>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
That tells the search engines to go away when they show up. People
commonly use this when they don’t have a development/test environment so
that they can code live but not have the site get indexed. That’s ok if
it’s how you want to work, but remember to remove that exclusion when
you do want the engines to index you.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
If your site has recently disappeared, check the robots.txt
immediately. You can also block engines using the method listed below.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">4. How To Check For Robots Blocking Outside Of The Robots.txt File</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
There are some intricacies involved with using this
method so it’s a good idea to read what Google has to say about blocking
robots <a href="http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=93710" title="blocking robots">here</a>.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
If your site has just disappeared and you have checked the robots.txt
file and it’s all fine and dandy, check to see if this line is in your
code:</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">

</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">5. How To Use WordPress</span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
As one of the most common blogging platforms, you
should familiarize yourself with it. It’s quite user-friendly in my
opinion but there are tons of tutorials out there. However, like with
many things, it’s something you can learn best by actually setting up a
site and using it.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
If you don’t want to use WordPress, that’s fine – just learn how to
set up a basic site on a popular platform. Here’s why I think this is so
important for link building: once you are intimately involved in the
innards of a site, you do start to think more critically about SEO,
content creation, and usability. Those are all aspects of marketing that
aren’t always involved with link building, but they should be.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
</span></span>
<br />
<h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><b>6. How To Do A Link Audit</b></span></span></h2>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Don’t wait to audit your links until you get a
warning letter from Google. Check and see what’s there right now. There
are some great free tools that will give you a list of your back links
so use them. You won’t always get all the functionality that you need
from free tools and free versions of tools so if you’re doing a decent
amount of link building, you should probably invest in at least one
major paid link tool.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Grab your data and start to analyze it whether you can export it or
you have to copy and paste it. You need to know how to look at your
profile as a whole, break it down into different parts (like percentages
of sitewides, money keywords, etc.) and actually look at the sites in
the report and evaluate whether or not that link is a good one.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">

Located <a href="http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=35769" title="Webmaster guidelines for Google">here</a> they’re something you should be familiar with, especially if you plan to violate them.</span></span><br />

Don’t limit yourself to one. Some databases are
refreshed more often than others, some give you more information that
you might ever need, some give you less, etc.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
I truly don’t think that there’s a better post about this than <a href="http://www.ayima.com/knowledge/competitive-backlink-analysis.html" title="competitive analysis">one written by Jane Copland</a>.
Whether you always perform competitive analysis or not, you need to
know how to critically analyze your competitors and figure out why
they’re doing better than you when they are. Sometimes people only do
this when things go wrong, so I suggest you do it when things are going
well so you aren’t trying to think critically when you’re in panic mode.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
Whether it’s through an emailed link request, a
phone call, a guest post, a connection on social media, etc. you need to
know how to deal with people. Just people this is all online doesn’t
mean that you can ignore basic manners and politeness. If you want
something specific, lay it out and don’t take 10 emails to say so. If
you don’t get what you want, either speak or or shut up and deal with
it.</span></span><br />

<span style="font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">
If you’re involved in SEO and pay attention online,
it’s pretty obvious when a big algorithm update happens. However, if
you’re not that involved, SEOMoz has a <a href="http://www.seomoz.org/google-algorithm-change" title="Google algorithm changes">good list</a> and the <a href="http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/" title="Google Webmaster Central Blog">Google Webmaster Central Blog</a>
does an excellent job of explaining changes. If you notice something
odd, just search for “algorithm change” and if there’s anything notable,
you’ll see it.</span></span><br />

<br />
<a href="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/google_docs_becoming_google_drive.jpg" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-5518" height="150" src="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/google_docs_becoming_google_drive-150x150.jpg" width="150" /></a><span style="font-size: x-small;">Google
is always on the forefront of change on the internet. Those in the
world of freelancing are used to their Panda updates, but if you have
been a long time user of their Doc’s platform, then you should get ready
for the changes be effected there as well.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;">Google Docs has proved to be a great way to share, save and upload
your documents without the need for additional costly storage. In
addition to being free, documents shared via Google docs are compatible
with every computing platform making it one of the must have items in
your freelance toolbox.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;">One common hurdle most users found however was the inability to use
it offline. Granted, freelancing is typically done via the internet, but
there are plenty of occasions where you may choose to work with your
files <i>sans</i> the net. Google has placed a custom application on
all Apple products as well as many other mobile devices to better
implement the new offline functionality of Google docs. Google Chrome
Books also come pre-installed with the Drive program, the new name for
Google Docs.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;">Using the offline feature is very simple; all you have to do is to
enable offline usage on your Google doc’s program. Initiating that will
cause the system to download local copies of everything in your file for
offline use. Any documents you choose to work on while not connected
to the internet will be synced automatically when your computer senses a
connection. This feature is similar to the way Google’s Picasa syncs
your images to their cloud servers while still leaving them accessible
to you.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;">Right now, Google Docs and Google Drive exist separately while the
internet giant completes the merge, after the merge is complete, only
Drive will remain. You will have all the services offered by Google
Docs, but with a whole lot more. One thing to note, during the
conversion many files are simply not editable unless you are on your
computer, accessing them from a mobile device will be the same as simply
viewing a photo or using a file viewer.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;">Don’t let that deter you, as a freelancer, I don’t know how many times I have wanted to look at
something I created months or even years ago but didn’t feel like
turning on my computer. The ability to view those from my handheld
device in itself is stunning. Not to give only bad news, there is a
great new upgrade in the form of the drive’s search feature.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><a href="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/enabling_offline_usage.jpg" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img alt="" class="alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-5519" height="150" src="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/enabling_offline_usage-150x150.jpg" width="150" /></a>What is this feature you may ask? Well in the past, you had to either
label your documents or put a title on your files in order for the
system to pull up what you were looking for by name. Google has
eliminated the need for
labeling by introducing optical scanners that “read” your documents
when you input a search. Say for instance you have 1,000 PDF files, but
want to locate one that has certain information. If you know one or two
words on the document, type that in the search bar and you will be
presented with the exact document you are looking for or at the very
least, a range of documents that have that stream of words together.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: x-small;">The update makes organizing and keeping your freelance files that
much easier, I can’t wait to see what else Google has in store!</span><br />
<span style="font-size: x-small;"><br /></span>

<br />
Is SEO Dyeing? Is it hurts you? SEO experts may anguish with fire in that who I am to saying like this? What proof drive me to saying like this..But be assure that I am not saying this! One of the expert's analysis tells all about it...... May this help you in your outsourcing career...............<br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/death_of_seo1.jpg" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-5563" height="150" src="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/death_of_seo1-150x150.jpg" width="150" /></a>The
use of technology has upgraded mankind’s capability to accomplish great
things. Recently, the knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
increased the prominence of website development and the visibility of
these pages on famous search engines. As a result, there are millions of
contractors online that specializes in SEO development. Although there
are various techniques and methods to achieve the goal of making
websites visible to search engines, SEO experts are open to the idea
that Google might install a technology that can predict what the SEO
technique does and its intentions. Is it possible that this may lead to
the death of SEO?<br />
<br />
Google is strict with SEO contractors and experts who do not follow
their policies. They are making sure that contractors do not abuse the
system. However if search engines are capable of upgrading their
systems, SEO experts will look for ways to counter this new algorithm
updates. A dying man who refuses death might live! Nothing is
impossible. Although it might take some time, but the possibility is
experts can counter the new algorithm with a new technique.<br />
<br />
<b>Check what strategies work and start from there!</b><br />
<br />
If this algorithm update happens today, contractors must not panic.
If there’s a will, there’s a way. Understand the new system first. Try
to analyze how it works, and never try anything stupid that will cause a
client’s website to suffer even further. Try your new strategies on
“ghost” websites first; this is the safest thing to do. If it works, try
it again until you are sure.<br />
<br />
<b>Observe policies.</b><br />
<br />
In the first place, Google updated their system because of abusive
SEO contractors who uses unethical techniques. Let clients understand
that white hat strategies will benefit them in the long run, rather than
those that are “spammy”. If clients are concerned with the reputation
of their website, contractors must adhere to the policies of search
engines for long term advantage. But it is possible that some clients
are pushy and are willing to take the risk even if it is against the
rules. If that is the case, contractors must specify their terms and
conditions, point blank, lay down the cards and discuss the possible
repercussions. But as a general rule, it is more beneficial to observe
policies than break them, like in all working societies.<br />
<br />
<b>Ask for Assistance</b><br />
<br />
<b> </b>Two heads are better than one. <a href="http://www.getacoder.com/" target="_blank" title="GetACoder">GetACoder </a> is the place where experts and buyers meet to start the drill.<i> </i>There are
millions of SEO contractors in the freelancing world. Try to ask one,
two or as many experts about the algorithm updates and exchange some
ideas. There are times that even experts need opinions from other
individuals. Just try to imagine that there are millions of contractors
who are also trying to solve the puzzle, so it is definitely possible to
crack and work within the system.<br />

<br />
How to be a better freelancer? It's a difficult proposition but get ideas to be successful from the expert is a good idea, Isn't it? But let's find how it is as <i>Heather
Howell describes as under.</i><br />
<br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/google_apps.jpg" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-5550" height="150" src="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/google_apps-150x150.jpg" width="150" /></a>Freelancing
is a great way to do the things you love on a schedule you can live
with all, while taking more money home at the end of the day. That being
said, freelancing also has its own set of expenses. When you work in an
office environment, most of the tools to get the job done are already
provided, but <a href="http://www.getacoder.com/" target="_blank" title="GetACoder">GetACoder </a>
freelancers have to fend for themselves when it come to building a
productivity toolbox for their projects. New freelancers and veteran
freelancers alike will tell you that saving money is always important in
the business, so here is a list of resources that are reasonably priced
that can help you be a better freelancer.<br />
<br />
<b>Google Apps</b><br />
<br />
You can almost manage your entire freelance business via their apps
without paying a dime. Calendars, document sharing, real time chats,
free blogs and so on. The app store also has some nifty design tools for
the more advanced freelancers.<br />
<br />
<b>Project Bubble</b><br />
<br />
This is a great tool that allows you to create files for each client
to track your progress on their assignment, invoice and communicate all
in a bed based platform. The interface is easy to use and attractive to
boot.<br />
<br />
<b>Creative Commons</b><br />
<br />
This is a great place for sourcing stunning images for all of your
projects. Not only can you get permission to use those images, but you
can upload your creations for others to share and use as well.<br />
<br />
<b>Right Signature</b><br />
<br />
Most client-freelancer relationships need contracts to be successful,
not because there is no trust, but just because professionalism works
better that way. But how do you get documents signed when you and your
client are in different parts of the world-Right Signature of course.
There is a free trial that allows you to create and have 5 docs signed
before you need to purchase the service, and even after you go premium,
the monthly fee is minimal. The documents are legally binding and copies
are stored not only on the server, but also are given to all parties.<br />
<br />
<b>Vyew</b><br />
<br />
Collaboration and communication are a big part of the freelancing
world. Without effective tools, your project could be delayed or easily
run off track. This free site allows you to have conferences online, set
meeting with clients or team members and also has a premium options for
video conferencing.<br />
<br />
<b>Free Contracts for Freelancers</b><br />

will end up hiring some one versed in the field to do it for you. This
resource gives you great templates that allow you to customize contracts
and agreements according to your work and the project specs.<br />
<br />
<b>Zoho</b><br />
<br />
This is another great site dedicated to applications for business
management. Google has a lot, but Zoho has much more. Invoicing,
presentation, database tools, doc management and much more are available
for only $13 per month.<br />
<br />
<b>PayPal to Go</b><br />
<br />
<a href="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/paypal_to_go.jpg" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img alt="" class="alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-5551" height="150" src="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/paypal_to_go-150x150.jpg" width="150" /></a>This is a new one that I think hasn’t hit most lists yet. Most
freelancers already use PayPal for billing clients that they don’t see
in person, but PayPal released a new gadget that allows you to process
credit card payments in
person with nothing but your mobile device. You attach to the top of
your phone and it connects to the PayPal app. It is secured to your
account lets you swipe a clients card for your services.<br />

politics to fashion trends and health advice. Heather is one of several
freelance writers on the GetACoder Blog team.</i><br />

<h1>
<span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">A Must</span><span style="font-size: small;"> </span><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">readable topics for clients and contractors before start deciding to outsource:</span></h1>
<a href="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/outsourcing_books.jpg" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="" class="alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-5537" height="150" src="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/outsourcing_books-150x150.jpg" width="150" /></a>Deciding
to outsource some of the work for your company is a major decision. It
is tempting to keep all the work in-house, where you can monitor every
action; it is not always economically feasible. Sometimes outsourcing
can save you a significant amount of labor and money. If you have
considered outsourcing as an option for your company, you want to read
as much about the topic as possible before you jump in. While there is
plenty of information available online, some great books also cover the
topic in depth. Look at some of the top books about outsourcing before
you make your decision.<br />
<br />
<b>“The Black Book of Outsourcing: How to Manage the Changes, Challenges, and Opportunities” by Scott Wilson </b><br />
<br />
This is often considered the bible in the world of outsourcing.
Dozens of critics and specialists in the field have heaped praise on
this guide, calling it a necessary read for anyone who considers
outsourcing part of a project, or anyone who works as a contract worker.
It provides an overall view of the costs and benefits to outsourcing,
all the potential applications and how best to manage a team of
outsourced workers. While outsourcing is a hot topic among business
leaders, this book teaches you how to best utilize it for your company.
If you are an employee that has been outsourced to work on a contract
basis, you will appreciate learning more about the other side of the
business.<br />
<br />
<b>“Smartsourcing: Driving Innovation and Growth Through Outsourcing” by Thomas M. Koulopoulos and Tom Roloff</b><br />
<br />
A bit of a lighter read when compared to the Black Book of
Outsourcing, this is a great book to start with. It points out many of
the benefits of outsourcing and helps decide the best ways you can
utilize it for your company, without sacrificing quality of work.<br />
<br />
<b>“Vested Outsourcing: Five Rules That Will Transform Outsourcing” by Kate Vitasek, Mike Ledyard and Karl Manrodt</b><br />
<b><br />
</b><br />
<a href="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/reading_book.jpg" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img alt="" class="alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-5538" height="150" src="http://www.getacoder.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/reading_book-150x150.jpg" width="150" /></a>Even if you are an old hand at outsourcing, this book sheds new light
on the subject and can help you view the subject in a new way. This
book essentially teaches you how to adapt your business model into one
that is outsourcing-friendly. Learning more about the potentials of
outsourcing is one of the best ways to get the most for your labor
dollar.<br />
<br />
These are just a few of the more popular titles on the subject.
Because outsourcing is such a controversial subject, it is easy to find
information that covers both sides of the debate. Make certain you learn
everything you can about both the pros and cons of outsourcing before
you make a major decision for your business, then choose an outsourcing site of your choice <a href="http://www.getacoder.com/" target="_blank" title="GetACoder"></a>to get started.<br />

<div class="headline_area">
<div class="entry-title" style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Plan your link building strategy, and you will probably be a step ahead of your competition. Link building can be a time-consuming effort
that takes time to show results. However, carefully building your links
can attract your target customer to your site. Below, I’m sharing link
building tips to help you get noticed by both search engines and people. </span></span></div>
<div class="entry-title" style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"> <a href="http://www.clickwisdom.com/wp-content/uploads/links.jpg" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img alt="Chain link" class="size-medium wp-image-438" height="300" src="http://www.clickwisdom.com/wp-content/uploads/links-199x300.jpg" title="Links" width="199" /></a></span></span></div>
<div class="entry-title" style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"></span></span><span style="color: #a64d79;"><span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Write Compelling Web Content</span></span></span></span></div>
</div>
<div class="wp-caption alignright" id="attachment_438" style="width: 199px;">
</div>
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">In a recent Women Grow Business chat about <a href="http://womengrowbusiness.com/2010/11/getting-started-with-seo/"><strong>search engine optimization</strong></a> (SEO), someone asked me for my number one tip about SEO. </span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">One <a href="http://twitter.com/ericaholt">chat participant</a>
chimed in, and I agreed, that writing compelling and relevant content
proves extremely important. An organization can work just as hard to get
100 or 1,000 backlinks, so make sure the people visiting your site get
their problem solved.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="color: #c27ba0;"><strong>Good websites solve problems.</strong></span> What is the problem
your content can solve? Do your potential visitors need to organize
their house or get health questions answered? People won’t stay on a
website or convert if the content isn’t answering their questions.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Your well-written, keyword-targeted content can help people and move your website higher in Google rankings.</span></span><br />
<h3>
<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #741b47;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Use a Tool to Help</span></span></span></span></h3>
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">The <a href="http://www.batchblue.com/">BatchBlue</a> tool allows me to track my communications with bloggers and website owners.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Instead of searching through my old emails, I can view all relevant
communications inside the web-based BatchBlue software. This saves me
hours of time when I want to track responses and what was said.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">When a blog stops publishing or contact information changes, I have a
place to track those changes so I don’t waste time using old
information next time. In addition, I can outsource certain tasks to
others, saving myself even more time.</span></span><br />
<h3>
<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #a64d79;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Ask and You Shall Receive</span></span></span></span></h3>
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">In a past life, I was a business and life coach.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">What I noticed most in conversation with my clients was that they did not ask others for what they wanted.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">One client wanted to take a class and lived in resentment about “not
having time.” When she did finally ask her husband to watch their
son—the spouse immediately said yes—she was able to take a class.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Have you asked that powerful website owner you admire for a link back
to your site yet? If they say no, then volunteer to write a post for
them (and ask if you can include a link to your site in your blog). If
they still say no, then ask other people.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">What is the best way to ask? Ideally, you know a little about your
market. You’ve done your research about whether the site owner prefers
email, Twitter, or another communication method.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">You could even—gasp!—use the telephone to request a link. If you call
and ask politely, you will certainly stand out from the all the other
website managers sending emails.</span></span><br />
<h3>
<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="color: #a64d79;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">PR + SEO = SEOPR</span></span></span></span></h3>
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">During the Women Grow Business chat mentioned above, chat host <a href="http://www.shonaliburke.com/"><strong>Shonali Burke</strong></a> asked me how PR and SEO could work together.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">In the old days, I optimized press releases. Ideally, these press
releases would appear online and the links from the press release
service’s website would increase a website’s search engine rankings.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Sometimes press releases were written expressly for the purpose of getting the links, which is not a good idea.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">When writing your own release, think of your <a href="http://www.clickwisdom.com/about"><strong>organization’s story</strong></a>.
A pitch you write for your local business journal will be far different
from a release you write for your regional newspaper. Don’t overlook
local news sources or stop yourself from aiming high.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">If a news organization picks up your story, you may receive a coveted
link from a high-quality news site. Among search engines, these highly
regarded websites help your site’s credibility.</span></span><br />
<h3>
<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="color: #a64d79;">Take it Offline</span> </span></span></span></h3>
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">I learned this from following the #pubcon hashtag on Twitter. I am not sure whose idea this was. However, I think <a href="http://www.toprankblog.com/"><strong>Lee Odden</strong></a>
tweeted it during a presentation. Find 50 Tweeps (people on Twitter)
who blog and live in your local area. Organize an event around your
business and invite them all. These folks will often live tweet or blog
about your event later. This, as you can imagine, is an excellent want
to get legal links back to your website.</span></span><br />

<h1 class="entry-title" style="text-align: left;">
<i><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><b><span style="font-weight: normal;">This is part two of my article on becoming a SEO expert.You can find out the part one of this becoming SEO expert Here @ <a href="http://www.taka4ubd.blogspot.com/search/label/How%20to%20become%20SEO%20Expert-1">How to become SEO Expert-1</a>.</span></b></span></span></i></h1>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">By spending time in online marketing forums, you may find you absorb a
lot more search engine optimization (SEO) information than you realize.
When I joined my first tech forum, I was baffled by the techie
language. Within a few months, I could hardly believe I’d ever <i>not</i> understood what they were talking about.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">This article shares seven SEO forums and two excellent online marketing blogs. On SEO forums, you’ll find a mix of people managing niche websites,
people wanting to market their brick and mortar business, black hat
SEOs, and prominent leaders and “gurus” in the SEO field. As with
anywhere in the world, some people will be kind and others rude.</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Read on to get the list of seven SEO forums and two blogs.</span><br />
<ol>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><a href="http://www.warriorforum.com/forum/">Warrior Forum</a>: This
internet marketing forum encompasses numerous aspects of SEO and online
marketing issues. You can organize networking functions in your
geographical area, complain about the latest “launch buzz” in the
internet marketing world, or get advice on how to get top ten rankings.
The forum is moderated, though not to a suffocating extent. At the same
time, be sure to learn the rules and stick to them. People get annoyed
easily here.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><a href="http://www.seoblackhat.com/">SEO Black Hat</a>: This is the only one I’ve not personally tried myself. I found out about it from Aaron Wall of <a href="http://www.seobook.com/3234.html">SEO Book</a>
fame. You have to register before you can read any of the posts.
However, it intrigued me enough to include it here. I’ll be checking
this one out for myself soon.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><a href="http://forums.digitalpoint.com/">Digital Point: </a> This is
one of my favorite forums. The moderator(s) is extremely laid back, and
the information shared proves more useful than not. The main website,
Digital Point, offers a number of free <a href="http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/">SEO tools</a>
to help you analyze and assess your online marketing work. Keep in mind
that you are giving away your website information when you use these
free tools, so be careful.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><a href="http://forums.searchenginewatch.com/">Search Engine Watch (SEW) Forums</a>:
This website, and its forums, have been on my “visit” list the whole
time I’ve worked in SEO. I first started to learn the ins and outs of
SEO at SEW. The site has an excellent reputation and many of the online
marketing “gurus” hang out here and offer up useful information. Right
now, there’s an interesting thread on a <a href="http://forums.searchenginewatch.com/showthread.php?threadid=21384">downturn in online sales</a>. You can also find out the <a href="http://searchenginewatch.com/showPage.html?page=3628367">top 10 search terms</a> in various categories.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><a href="http://www.seo-guy.com/forum/">SEO Guy</a>: The <a href="http://www.seo-guy.com/forum/seo-tools.html">free SEO tools</a> offered by the forum manager set this site apart from most.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><a href="http://thirtydaychallenge.com/forums/">Thirty Day Challenge Forum</a>: This is mostly for people doing the 30-Day Challenge I mentioned in <a href="http://clickwisdom.com/23/27-ways-to-become-an-seo-expert-part-1/">part one of this SEO education series</a>.
However, it’s a great forum to get your feet wet and get your newbie
questions answered. My only warning is to be sure that you are getting
advice from someone who knows what they’re talking about — and not from
another newbie.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><a href="http://forums.seochat.com/">SEO Chat</a>: Like most SEO forums, this one offers the Google chat rooms towards<br />
the top. These forums offer multiple rooms on affiliate marketing, link
popularity, MSN, Google, Yahoo, site reviews, SEO scripts and more.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><a href="http://www.sugarrae.com/">Sugarrae Blog</a>: Rae Hoffman
never minces words when it comes to SEO or any other topic she cares to
tackle on her blog. I find her irreverent tone a breath of fresh air.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"><a href="http://www.seomoz.org/">SEO Moz Blog </a>is read by nearly
everyone I meet in SEO. The blog posts I’ve read recently have not
offered the nuts and bolts and the latest SEO tips. Most of those are
reserved for the paid membership. The blog <i>does</i> offer interesting takes and philosophical posts on subjects such as <a href="http://www.seomoz.org/blog/advice-for-startup-ceos">advice for startup CEOs</a>.</span></li>
</ol>
<span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Good luck creating your educational SEO plan. One day, you may find
SEO offered in colleges. (I like that it isn’t yet.) Until that time,
the best way to learn is to teach yourself and through trial and error.</span><br />

<span style="font-weight: normal;"><i><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Are you curious about how to improve your SEO skills? Are you a small business owner who wants to know a bit more about SEO?</span></span></i></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">It is now-a-days everybody's question what resources to use and which
are best for learning about search engine optimization (SEO). With some
of these resources, you may wonder what is the relation to SEO.
Magazines.com may seem like an odd choice, yet it works to help you with
your website and SEO if you let it.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Below are the first nine of my top 27 resources, including websites and online training, that may help develop ones skills.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">This list is in no particular order. Here you go!</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">1. <a href="http://www.seobook.com/7594.html" target="_blank" title="SEO Book">SEO Book:</a>
Aaron Wall, a delightful SEO blogger, wrote the big great book of
search engine optimization. If you have the time and inclination to
learn SEO, then this book will get you on your way. It’ll take study and
work — no magic results unless you take action — yet the rewards you
reap will help you achieve your online marketing and sales goals.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">2. <a href="http://www.copyblogger.com/">CopyBlogger</a>: Thanks to Copyblogger, CopyBlogger is my all-time favorite copywriting blog. It offers
numerous articles about content creation, SEO copywriting, engaging your
readers, and even idea generation. When I need inspiration for writing
an article, I often come to Copyblogger. Top Tip from the Site: Use
<a href="http://magazines.com/">Magazines.com</a> for headline ideas.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">3. <a href="http://www.magazines.com/">Magazines.com</a>: If you
create niche websites, then this is a great place to start research and
uncover interests people want to know more about. You might find
magazines on golf, fishing or knitting here. That, in turn, can generate
ideas for you to pursue in terms of website or product creation.</span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">What if you are not a niche website owner? You can still use
Magazines.com to generate headline ideas for your pay-per-click
campaigns and avoid the <a href="http://clickwisdom.com/16/are-you-making-these-3-google-adwords-mistakes/"> common AdWords mistake</a> of not writing the right kind of headline.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">4. <a href="http://www.thirtydaychallenge.com/">The Thirty-Day Challenge</a>:
If you are willing to work hard for 30 days, then this FREE training
may appeal to you. Over the 30 days, you will have access to videos and
podcasts that teach you how to use social bookmarking sites to promote
your work, how to increase your site rankings and more. It is a lot of
work! So, this is only for those willing to devote the time to it.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">5. <a href="http://affiliate.wordtracker.com/r/699/a/150111/l/v42ax8" target="_blank">Wordtracker Free Keyword Tool</a>
This will provide you with limited access to keyword research results,
yet even this free version gives you some great data. If you like the
tool, you can purchase a monthly subscription to WordTracker, which is
an economical way to test it out.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">6. Keyword Discovery: This is another research tool that provides
insight into what key phrases will receive the most traffic. Once you
determine there’s traffic for a keyword, then you know what you should
be writing about to get more visits to your website.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">7. <a href="http://www.doshdosh.com/">DoshDosh</a>: I have affection
for the writer of this blog. Observe how she or he uses links inside the
blog posts to encourage you to visit more pages. That strategy is also
known as “internal linking.” This site provides a good example of
internal link strategies as well as numerous articles on juicy topics
such as gaining more traffic<br />
with StumbleUpon. I read DoshDosh on a regular basis.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">8. <a href="http://www.bloglines.com/">Bloglines</a>: Bloglines offers
a way to organize your subscriptions to various blogs and RSS feeds.
I’ve created folders called ‘internet marketing,’ ‘poetry,” and a few
others to help me keep my feeds organized. Once you have your folders
set up, you can easily add new feeds to them and then scan through
several blogs in a short period of time to check out items of interest
in your field. I use Bloglines to help me keep up with the latest in SEO
and underwater basket weaving. (Just checking to see if you’re awake.)</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">9. <a href="http://www.socialposter.com/">Social Poster</a>: This tool
is free and allows you to post your articles to social bookmark sites
quickly. If you’ve socially bookmarked your articles before, then you
know how time consuming it can be to copy and paste the headline, URL,
tags and so on each and every time. Social Poster removes some of the
drudgery by allowing you to input the information one time. Your
information either appears automatically or you click and drag to input
it.</span></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;">Do you have favorite SEO resources? If so, we’d all love to hear about them. Please post your favorites in the comments below.</span></span><br />
